BACKGROUND
Hostinger is a world-class website hosting platform to over 29 million users in 178 countries. For the first time, Hostinger has decided to integrate a new billing system to get rid of the old payment system looks and start with a fresh-new one. The design should be easily adaptable and simple to understand, even for non - technical people. From the billing dashboard section, users also could manage their subscriptions on every Hostinger service.

PROCESS
I started the process with a research collaborated with UX researcher to collect competitors billing page analysis. Then, I completed the data within usability testing on old-style hostinger bililng page. After we got enough analysis, we’re continue to define the problem, scope, and techcinal constarin. So that, we can create an information architecture, flow, and the design idea in Ideation phase. We did several meeting with the stakeholders from finance team, backend engineer, front-end engineer to gather more feedback. To get a solid result, we conducted a usability testing using a Prototype to our internal user. At the end of the phase, we prepare a handoff files and keep on iteration process for further development.

CONCLUSION
This is a big challenge that I got as a Product Designer in Hostinger product team. We did an iterative-collaboratively process with Product Owner, UX researcher, and Developer. This process contained of 2 phases of development. First phases is redesign the old pages (cPanel style) into the hPanel style to adapt to the hPanel design system. Second phases is evaluating the first phases result and integrating the result with third party system called chargebee billing system. I’m really happy that we can finish the project as targetted and plan to released it to all hostinger locales in 2022.
